Q: What is the quickest way to contact you?
A: Through email form which can be found here.
Q: What should I include in my design quote?
A: Include things like, colors, web design or logo design, or both. Tell me what you need so I can help you. Any information you think I would need about your project. Do you need it for print or web or both? Would you like templates made? These are examples that will help me detremin your final price.
Q: What is your turn around?
A: I would like an allowance of at least 2 weeks, but I can work faster than that, especially if it is a 'rush" job. I will let you know my estimated time of completion with your quote. I usually complete jobs within a week. Please allow extra time if submitting close to a Holiday.
Q: How will I see the examples so I can apporve them?
A: I will have everything uploaded to a special server for you to see the examples of the work that is completed thus far so we can go over in detail the direction we need to go. these images will be smaller in size & will not be the finalized completed graphics.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: I require $25.00 upfront. This amount is included in your quote. This fee secures me as your designer & pays for any supplies, time & creations of the design & is Non Refundable. Why? If you should decide to go elsewhere, & I have invested, let's say 4 hours in your job, I will have the $25.00 for my time at least. I charge 25.00 an hour, so this is reasonable I believe. You will also recieve any and all designs associated with your account at time of any closing.
Q: How do I pay you for your services?
A: I accept Pay-Pal & money orders. If sending a money order, please be advised that the monies have to be cleared before I will begin any job. This usually takes 24-72 hours after we recieve your payment. You do not need to have an account with Pay-Pal to use it here.
